Flame, Heat and Electric Arc

Flame-retardant and self-extinguishing to EN ISO 11612, OCQ-3 adds certified electric-arc performance — EN 61482-2 APC 1 with an ATPV of 8.2 cal/cm², meeting HRC Level 2 requirements.

Cotton-Nylon Durability

87% cotton keeps the coverall comfortable; 12% nylon carries the mechanical load. The result is a satin 4/1 fabric with markedly higher tear resistance, finished with integrated high-visibility tape, multi-functional tool pockets and durable contrast cuffs.

ANTISTATIC / 03

Electrostatic Dissipation

Carbon antistatic yarn runs through the fabric to dissipate static electricity and reduce the potential for electrostatic discharge in explosive-risk environments.

Why cotton-nylon?

Cotton alone is comfortable but wears through; nylon alone traps heat. At 87/12 the blend keeps the cotton hand against the skin while the nylon carries abrasion and tear loads — the reason OCQ-3 holds up in the highest-wear roles on site.
