Lightweight and Breathable

At 220 g/m² in a classic twill 2/1 weave of 99% natural cotton, OCQ-2 promotes rapid airflow and moisture release. Protection people will actually keep zipped up through a full shift in the heat.

  • 220 g/m² lightweight construction
  • Twill 2/1 weave in 99% natural cotton
  • Suited to hot climates and extended shifts

Electrostatic Dissipation

1% carbon antistatic fibre is integrated into the fabric structure to dissipate charge and reduce static accumulation — a prerequisite where flammable gases and vapours are part of the working environment.

  • 1% carbon antistatic yarn integrated into the fabric
  • Certified to EN 1149-5 for electrostatic-dissipative materials
  • Suitable for consideration in ATEX and explosive-risk environments

Why lightweight?

Protective clothing only protects while it is being worn. A 220 g/m² cotton twill keeps EN ISO 11612 and NFPA 2112 performance in a fabric light enough for hot-climate shifts, so compliance does not depend on tolerance for heat stress.
